In this class you'll learn how each Tai Chi/Qigong movement has four dimensions of purpose: Self Healing, Spiritual Enfoldment, Self-Defense, and changing your life stance psychologically. You'll experience how Tai Chi/Qigong improves flexibility, enhances your immune system's ability to fight disease, simultaneously relaxes and energizes, and can lead to greater longevity.
