INTRODUCTION TO BALL TRAINING:
The ball brings core strength, balance and coordination to a higher level.
This class will explain the benefits of ball training and will teach you
basic exercises to develop postural awareness, spinal stabilization and
trunk strengthening.

MOVING WITH ARTHRITIS:
Arthritis demands a more individualized method of stretching, toning and
strengthening the body. It requires understanding our minimum and maximum
abilities so that moving will be fun and pain-free. Sensitivity to joints is
key. This class will teach you basic therapeutic movements, easy stretches,
simple strengthening exercises, and a way to move daily with greater ease.

INTRODUCTION TO INDOOR
CYCLING:
Learn proper bike set-up, the five basic movements of indoor cycling,
correct form and hand positioning. This class will also give you a basic
knowledge of heart rate training to maximize your fitness goals.
