Oakwood offers a variety of activities for
children between the ages of 13-17 years. Our programs help teen
develop a good attitude about fitness at a young age and learn skills that
will last a lifetime.
Fitness Center Orientation
Ages
13-15 required. This introductory orientation is a general overview of the
fitness Center equipment, exercise principles and workout etiquette. Taught
by fitness staff. No Fee. Non-Members $20 MEETS FIRST AND THIRD
SATURDAYS 1:00 to 3:00 pm Fitness Center
Foundation Three
Meet 3
times with a fitness trainer to create an individualized workout program.
Make appointment at the Fitness Desk. No Fee. Non-Members $96
Teen Specialty Classes
Oakwood
has several programs, classes and clinics for teens. Below is a list of
classes. Members 13-17 years old may also participate in any adult Group
Exercise class that may interest them. NOTE: Please refer to Junior
