Oakwood celebrates members of all ages.  We understand the importance of health and fitness for the entire family.  Our programs help children and families develop a good attitude about fitness at a young age and learn skills that will last a lifetime.  Click here to download the 2007 brochure. 

In order to address the fitness needs of our members we have devised special programs for each of three age groups: 

Kids: Children 18 months to 7 years enjoy a variety of programs.  Click here for more information. 

Tween:  Ages 8-12 is that in between group.  Click here for more information. 

Teen:  Ages 13-17 are instructed on fitness conditioning and training.  Click here for more information.
