importance of health and fitness for the entire family.
Our programs help children and families develop a good attitude about
fitness at a young age and learn skills that will last a lifetime.

In order to address the fitness needs of our members we have devised
special programs for each of three age groups:

Kids: Children 18 months to 7 years enjoy a variety of programs.
