Meditation for Relaxation with Jill

This class will focus on simple yogic breathing (pranayama) as a support and as an object for meditation. By attending to specific yogic breathing patterns while meditating, we bring ease to both the body and the mind, allowing deeper awareness and calm to unfold. Mental and emotional fluctuations subside as the breath's gentle rhythm guides us to our inner being and wellness.
This class will include practice in deep relaxation. All levels are welcome!
