2015 Summer Mini Makos

The Mini Mako Program is designed for swimmers who want to be apart of the Oakwood Swim Team, but are not quite ready. If your child , ages 5-7, cannot swim 25 yards of each backstroke and free style with side breathing, non-stop, then Mini Makos is the place to develop those skills and advance to the Oakwood Mako Sharks Swim Team.

~New This Year~

This year we will be offering an assessment class to determine if swimmers should be placed in the Mini Mako Program, Lessons, or Swim Team for Summer,

Assessment Classes will be held:

3:00pm-3:20pm

~Monday, June 8th
~Tuesday, June 9th
~Wednesday, June 10th
~Thursday, June 11th

All interested swimmers will be asked to attend one of these free classes for placement.Assessment sign-ups begin May 18th at the Activities Desk.

After assessment, placement in Summer Mini Makos, Lessons or Swim Team will be recommended.
