Modern Training techniques for everyday athletes and performance training for the time crunched endurance competitor. Particular emphasis on training zones; predominately focused on aerobic capacity and efficiency. Discussion topics include heart rate and power optimization, lactate threshold specifications, pedal stroke efficiency, weight loss goals, adrenal fatigue, and anaerobic maximization.
