This class is specifically designed for the active adult seeking an easy-to-follow workout to increase stamina and strength. It includes low-impact cardiovascular conditioning and strength training to improve strength and bone density, flexibility, fall prevention and balance. Emphasis will be on functional fitness while improving correct body posture.
