Meditation is the art of looking inside and discovering one's own inner being. Meditation leads up not only to totally new inner experiences, but helps us also to transform our day-to-day life into a better, more meaningful and more fulfilling existence. We will learn to meditate by using a variety of guided visualizations, and different exercise for relaxation, breathing, and concentration. This helps us discover how to quiet the ind. The infinite potential of the human spirit is experienced in this quiet inner space. We introduce and practice the mind-boy techniques that will improve your physiology, biochemistry, brain functioning and more. Suitable for all levels and age groups.
