Be Mindful in the New Year

We will explore mindfulness, offer some practices and have time to talk so you can experience for yourself what mindfulness is. We will discuss some of the science and studies on the benefits of a regular mindfulness practice and its relation to stress and impact on life. There will be handouts for continued practice and further study.
