Learn how to improve your in water efficiency using a few key land based exercises designed to help you feel more control with every stroke. Becoming a better swimming starts by becoming a better athlete. This class will teach you the basics of training key monitor controls to help develop your body awareness through improving your physical balance, develop your body awareness through improving your physical balance, strength and coordination. Come in your athletic wear with your swim suit underneath. The last portion of the class will be in the pool.
