Do each set 3x for 60 seconds each exercise - 30 second rest between

Set 1
Glute bridge with chest flies
Overhead tricep extension
Diamond pushups

Set 2 
Bent forward rear flies
Alternate bicep curl into hammer curl
Renegade rows

Set 3
Front squats
Alternate curtsy lunges
Alternate lateral lunges

Set 4
Russian Twists
Weighted sit-ups
Low plank hold

Cool down and stretch!
