Do each set 3 times before moving to the next exercise

High knees  50 seconds/10 second break
Squats         40 seconds/20 second break
High knees  50 seconds/10 second break
Forward lunge 40 seconds/20 second break
High knees  50 seconds/10 second break
Push-ups     40 seconds/20 second break
High knees  50 seconds/10 second break
Glute bridge 40 seconds/20 second break

one time through for 30 minutes - double it up for an hour!
