Squat to plank 14 reps, 30 sec break
Push-up:Spiderman 12 reps, 30 sec break
Split jump alternating 10 reps, 30 sec break
Spider plank 14 reps, 30 sec break
Squat jump 10 reps, 30 sec break
Twisting Crunch 12 reps per side, 30 sec break
Jack knife 10 reps, 30 sec break
