Do each set 3 times before moving to the next exercise.

Inchworm 12 reps, 30 sec break
Split jump - alternating 10 reps, 30 sec break
Burpee  8 reps, 30 sec break
Plank to T-position 12 reps, 30 sec break
Push-up with shoulder tap 12 reps, 30 sec break
Squat 15 reps, 30 sec break
Superman - alternating arms/leg lifts 13 reps, 30 sec break
