Fitness and Equipment

Reservations for access to the Fitness Floor and general equipment can be 
made under 'Equipment/Workout Access' and the times as noted

Reservations open 3 days in advance
Reservations are available in 2 hour blocks
Please end your workout at the time your reservation block ends

Fitness Floor

  • Equipment has been spaced 6 feet apart where possible
  • When spacing is not available, every other piece of equipment is marked out of service
  • Members are asked to clean their equipment before and after use
  • Stretching space has been relocated to the gym

Gymnasium

  • ATMs and the Crosswave piece are available in the gym
  • Stretching and functional workout space has been moved to the gym

Pool Deck

  • A selection of non-powered bikes, steppers, and rowers will be available during daylight hours

Reservation Guidelines
- Reservations must be made online and will be open 3 days in advance

How to make a reservation
- Log into the member portal via 'member login' at the top right on the Club website or directly here
- Select the 'class schedule' section from your dashboard
- Filter by 'Fitness Equipment Reservation 'and the Date
- Select time you would like to reserve
- You will receive a confirmation email once booked
- You may wait list yourself for a time slot that is full
- Ensure you have reviewed and signed the COVID-19 waiver before your 1st visit

Guidelines
- Members 13 to 16 must be with a parent throughout their time at Oakwood
- No guests will be allowed and you must be active on the membership at this time
- The water refill station is available

PPE & Physical Distancing
- Members MUST wear masks at all times - this includes checking-in, walking on the pool deck or in the event you need to use the restroom.  Members booking indoor must wear masks at all times
- Members MAY NOT congregate and must be respectful of the physical distancing requirements for everyone
- A staff member will be present to monitor this and remind members of all policies
- If you are sick, experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please do not come to the Club's pool facility
- Please self-check before you come to the Club and do not come if you have a temperature of 100.4 or higher, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, or a cough.

Checking-in
- Members will check-in through the main doors of the Club
- Members will be required to have their temperature checked and answer symptom related questions
- As your check-in time approaches, line up on the marked lines on the sidewalk
- Wait to be called to the entrance by staff
- Staff will confirm your reservation and that you have a waiver on file

When your reservation time comes to end
- When staff alert you to the end of your time, please replace your mask and exit the area
- Members are asked to exit through the marked door
- Staff will disinfect and clean any area needed
