Teen Fitness First Orientation
The Teen Fitness First program is a designed complimentary 2 part orientation to help teens gain the knowledge and experience necessary to allow them to comfortably and safely utilize the equipment of the fitness floor. Teens may utilize this program at any point from 13-19 years of age.
Personal training is offered to all members.Oakwood's certified Personal Trainers can help you improve your lifestyle, whether you are looking for general fitness or wanting to improve your athletic performance. See the Fitness Desk for details or fill out a 'request for information' form at the desk. Please note members must be over the age of 13 to be eligible to be on the Fitness Floor.
Teens may also attend Group Exercise Classes.
