Triathlon Program

The group triathlon training program is a dynamic and comprehensive fitness initiative designed to prepare participants for the unique challenges of triathlon events. Led by two highly specialized trainers, Charlie Nanfria and Nick Farris, the program focuses on enhancing participants' skills in swimming, cycling, and running. While also incorporating essential strength and conditioning exercises.

Charlie and Nick bring expertise in their respective disciplines, ensuring a well-rounded approach to triathlon preparation. The swimming component includes technique refinement, endurance building, and open water skills. Cyclists benefit from personalized bike training plans, emphasizing both speed and stamina. The running segment covers form optimization, pacing strategies, and transition drills to seamlessly move between disciplines.

The program fosters a supportive group dynamic, promoting camaraderie and motivation among participants. Regular group workouts, individualized coaching sessions, and targeted workshops on mental resilience contribute to a holistic training experience.

With a tailored curriculum and the guidance of Charlie and Nick, participants will gain the confidence and skills needed to tackle various triathlon distances, from sprints to Ironman events. The program not only aims for physical fitness but also instills a sense of accomplishment and a strong sense of community among participants.

Sign-ups will begin in February 2024 and classes will begin in March 2024.

For $400 per month, there are classes 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday), and take place from 6:00am to 7:15am.
